Workspaces

Workspaces let you organize your team's agent activity by project, team, or purpose.

Creating a workspace

Navigate to Connect > Workspaces and click New Workspace. Give it a name and optionally assign team members.

Workspace isolation

Each workspace has its own:

  • Activity feed showing only agents in that workspace
  • Policy set (governance rules scoped to this workspace)
  • Channel subscriptions (where notifications go)
  • File attachments and shared context

Default workspace

Every tenant has a Default workspace. Agents that aren't explicitly assigned to a workspace appear here.
