Browser extension privacy

The Waxell browser extension is deployed by your organisation to govern AI use on managed devices. It is covered by the Waxell Privacy Policy.

What it does

It observes which AI web applications are used on a managed browser, applies the policies your organisation has set, and reports decisions to your organisation's Waxell workspace.

What it collects

Only what your organisation's policy requires: the AI site visited, the account type in use (personal or corporate), and, where capture policy is enabled, the content of prompts and responses to those sites.

What it never collects

Browsing activity on non-AI sites, passwords, or payment details.
