Do I need to bring my own LLM API keys?
Yes — Waxell uses your own provider keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others). You are never charged for tokens by us; you pay your provider directly. The LLM router is core to the product.
What counts as a traced execution?
One observed agent or workflow run captured by Waxell Observe. The SDK auto-instruments these when you add it to your agents.
What is a connected client vs. a seat?
A connected client is one installed agent instance under management (e.g. Claude Code, Cowork, or a custom agent). A seat is one human user in your workspace. They are metered separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated to your next invoice. Annual billing is two months free (about 17% off).
